• Our showroom will be reopening from 22 June (Monday) onwards for viewing/trying of products and collection of items. Please kindly be advised that there will be measures in place to safeguard both our customers as well as our staff.

• Our showroom is located at 27 Mandai Estate, Innovation Place Tower 2, #06-07 S729931

• Our operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 5.30pm.

• The mode of payment we accept at the moment are debit/credit card payment through our website and NETS payment in our showroom.

• No, we do not have instalment plans at the moment.

• Yes, we provide quotation for corporate purchase.

• Please kindly click here and fill up the necessary information on the ‘Bulk Order’ page. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at sales@takeaseat.sg. Our sales executive will then get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.

• We operate mostly online and our showroom is located in an industrial estate. Hence we are able to pass on our overhead savings to our customers.

• Most of our products come with installation unless stated otherwise.

• For products with installation, our technicians will assemble and QC the item in our warehouse before the delivery team delivers the item to you.

• Our delivery currently takes about 3 to 5 working days unless stated otherwise (i.e. on preorder status, customized item).

• No, we do not practice change of mind policy. TakeAseat.sg reserves the right to reject any return request arising from change of mind or product not satisfied.

• We highly recommend you to visit our showroom to try out the products first before placing an order with us.

• The delivery is free – except for places with no direct lift access and stairs climbing is required for the delivery.

Shipping

• Our delivery currently takes about 4 to 8 working days during this period as we currently facing a high volume of orders – unless stated otherwise (i.e. on preorder status, customized item).

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate request for specific date and timing for the delivery.

• Our delivery are generally classified into two methods:

1. Bulky items – In-house delivery / contractor delivery

2. Small items – Courier delivery

• Our delivery team will give you an confirmation call or SMS at least one day prior to the proposed delivery date.

• Should you be able to make it on the proposed delivery date, kindly acknowledge the call or SMS sent to you.

• Should you be unable to make it on the proposed delivery date, please kindly let us know and our delivery team will reschedule your delivery to the next available date.

• For places with no direct lift access and if stairs climbing are required for the delivery, a staircase delivery surcharge of $15.00 applies for the 1st flight of stair and thereafter $10.00 for the subsequent flights..

• A $15.00 delivery surcharge applies for delivery to special or restricted areas i.e. Sentosa, Jurong Island.

• A $20.00 to $30.00 delivery surcharge (depending on the item) applies for delivery made on Saturday. (Alternate Saturdays basis)  

• Should you acknowledged the confirmation SMS but is not available to receive the item at the very last minute, a re-delivery surcharge of $30.00 applies.

• Please drop us an email with your order number to sales@takeaseat.sg and we will try our best to deliver your item as soon our delivery schedule permits. However, there is no guarantee.

• Yes, you can self-collect the item from our office during weekdays.

• Please let us know in advance if you wish to self-collect the item so that we can make the necessary arrangement for you.

• No, we only ship locally in Singapore.

• The delivery is free – except for places with no direct lift access and stairs climbing is required for the delivery.

Warranty

• Our products do not come with any warranty card. Please be informed that we will use your order number as a verification for your product warranty.

• Our warranty covers manufacturer defects against mechanism.

Electric Standing Desk: Defects in the functionality of the electronic parts such as the motor, lifting mechanism (circuit board), LED screen & the adjustment buttons.

Standing Desk and Ergonomic Accessories: Defects in the functionality of mechanical parts and gas spring (if any).

Office Chairs: Defects in the functionality of mechanical parts and hydraulic gas lift.

Kids Ergonomic Study Tables and Chairs: Defects in the functionality of mechanical parts and hydraulic gas lift.

• Note: Any repair or replacement under the warranty is limited to the defective part only.

• Majority of our products are delivered to our customers in pristine condition.

• Should you received an item that is faulty or damaged, TakeAseat must be notified within 24 hours upon delivery of such defect via an photo or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to shor@takeaseat.sg with the order number.

• In such cases, we will try to replace the faulty part of the item, or the entire item, whichever is deemed suitable by us.

• TakeAseat must be notified of such defect via an photo or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to shor@takeaseat.sg with the order number. 

• We will replace the faulty part of the item. However, the replacement part may take up to 5 days to 2 months subject to availability.

• TakeAseat must be notified of such defect via an photo or video of the relevant defect sent electronically to shor@takeaseat.sg with the order number. 

• Once the problem has been identified, our customer support will recommend a feasible solution to you.

• Should you want us to proceed and repair the item for you, we will try to replace the faulty part of the item. However, the replacement part may take up to 5 days to 2 months subject to availability.

• There will be a $30.00 labour fee for our technician to be onsite. The replacement part will also be borned by the customer.

• The warranty does not cover any problems resulting from wear and tear, user misuse, improper set-up or unauthorized modification.

• Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance.
